You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
⟡ Condition Matters
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

⇢ In the original smart packaging
⇢ Free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear
⟡ What’s Not Returnable?
⇢ Final sale items
⇢ Free gifts & promotional items
⇢ Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
⟡ How to Start a Return
Shoot us an email at contact@luaandmar.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
⟡ Return Shipping
⇢ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent.
⇢ If your return is due to a defect or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
⇢ We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we’re not responsible for lost returns.
⟡ Refunds & Processing
⇢ Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 5 business days.
⇢ Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
⇢ Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible.
⟡ Damaged or Incorrect Items?
We make sure every piece is perfect, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
